Comfortable beds, coffee and tea making facilities, a dining area, and a work desk in the room🙂

The venue was pleasant, I loved the stay and the location was magnificent near Divone centre, the train station of Coppet in Switzerland and nature. The staff were amiable and amazingly nice too. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

My one-bedroom apartment with a balcony was perfect. the room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette and a clean bathroom. the staff were pleasant and helpful, making sure any problems were fixed promptly. The location was great, less than a 15-minute walk to the town. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! 😊.

Aparthotels are so much nicer when you travel a lot for business. Allows you to keep / stick to a food regime much easier than in hotels / restaurants/.

Convenient location just a short walk from the train station. The rooms are clean and have everything you need like a balcony and a nice shower. They serve a good variety of breakfast items. 🌟

Nice location

The hotel has 2 buildings linked by internal corridor with stairs. If you stay in the second building you can avoid the stairs going around the building outside. The second building has no lift !!!! I had to go up with 30 kilos of luggage plus the connection stairs between the 2 builds.There's no indication of a second building inside the hotel. I arrived late and felt trapped with nobody to help.

its location and in particular the quietness

I had booked a superieur studio with balcony; I therefore expected a small terrace. My room contained a kitchenette and a "balcony" stuck to the window. The description on the website was therefore misleading.

The hotel provides plenty of functional rooms at low cost. the staff are well-trained and helpful. the location is exceptionally nice and near the town center of Divonne les Bains. It's great that the hotel is close to the train station and mountains.

Sauna/Spa is not part of the hotel and the opening times should be better displayed if the hotel advertises itself as a spa-hotel.

Nice location, close to nature, friendly staff, if somewhat too relaxed, seem unbothered about service...recommendation on price for tourists, not for business travellers! Free parking

Very uninspiring feel to room, hotel/ ground floor in shaded location, no shower curtains so a lenghty bath as opposed to a quick shower in the morning. First time I asked for late checkout and didnt get it!

This venue is perfect with incredibly friendly staff, a beautiful setting, and clean rooms on higher levels.

The location was peaceful and stunning, at a short distance from a scenic lake. Exceptional service from the very very helpful and incredibly nice staff that we interacted with.

staff is exceptionally nice and very pleasant and you can park your car on-site. immaculately clean and reasonably spacious rooms come with the bedroom as well as balcony.

Poor breakfast, it should be better.

Our room was great – it had a cozy bedroom and a nice balcony 😊. Plus, we had all the essentials like coffee/tea machines, a fridge, and kitchen supplies. It felt just like home!
